Transfer's completed, but songs do not appear in a destination streaming service

Firstly, please make sure that a transfer is fully completed and that there are not any songs under the "missing" and "failed" tabs. If so, please log out from your account directly in the destination streaming platform. Next, re-login, and the transfer should be shown. However, if they are still invisible, then please contact us at support@freeyourmusic.com.
