Why I cannot see all Spotify playlists?

Due to some limitations, Spotify implemented, unfortunately, you may be unable to transfer all your Spotify playlists added to your Spotify library, especially those created by Spotify.
We are truly sorry for all the inconveniences that may occur during the transfer process, however, at this time we are unable to skip it.
