YouTube Music fails to create playlist in the app

If you see an error in the app about playlist creation in YouTube Music, simply go to https://music.youtube.com and create your first playlist to accept Google's TOS. Then click "Create channel". From now on, you will be able to transfer music into YouTube Music with ease.
